Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (dairy, almond, coconut, etc)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the banana, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, milk and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
