Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice (dairy, almond, coconut, etc)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Directions
- In a blender, combine the banana, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, milk and honey.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
