Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, and sauté until onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
- Serve hot.
