Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Serve hot.
