Ingredients

  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together chia seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add olive oil and mix until combined.
  4. Spread the chia seed mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until chips are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool.
  7. Enjoy!
