Directions
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

Fold the aluminum foil over the fillets to create a sealed packet. Place the packet on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Carefully remove the packet from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
