Ingredients

  • 1 lb. steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak and cook, stirring frequently, until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes and stir to combine.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Stir in the cilantro and serve.
