Ingredients

  • 1 package of Ramen noodles
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of almonds, chopped
  • 1/3 cup of red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook the Ramen noodles according to the directions on the package.
  2. Drain the noodles and let them cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, almonds, and red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, white vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, and salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cooled noodles to the large bowl and mix together.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until everything is well combined.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
