Serve them as an appetizer or as the main course along with some fresh salad and sides.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts and cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Place the chicken cubes in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  6. Grill the chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad and grilled vegetables.

Interesting Facts

  • Marinating the chicken in the flavorful blend of ingredients helps to tenderize the meat and infuse it with delicious flavors.
  • Soaking the wooden skewers in water before grilling prevents them from getting burnt and helps to evenly cook the chicken.
