Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, scallions, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
