Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, scallions, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  3. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
