Ingredients

  • 1 (14-inch) store-bought pizza crust or homemade pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Place the pizza crust on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  3. In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the oregano and basil, and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza crust. Top with the feta cheese, olives, and spinach. Spread the onion and garlic mixture over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
