Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Directions
- In a food processor, combine the dates, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract and coconut oil. Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add the almond flour, coconut flour, walnuts and chocolate chips. Pulse until everything is combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- Once cooled, scoop the mixture into small balls, about 1 tablespoon of mixture each, and roll them in your hands to form a ball.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
