Ingredients
1/2 cup pitted dates
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup almond butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons almond flour
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Directions
In a food processor, combine the dates, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract and coconut oil. Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add the almond flour, coconut flour, walnuts and chocolate chips. Pulse until everything is combined.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Once cooled, scoop the mixture into small balls, about 1 tablespoon of mixture each, and roll them in your hands to form a ball.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
