Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef

Directions
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode, and add the olive oil and onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened.
Add the garlic, and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Add the ground beef, and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring and breaking up the meat, until it is browned.
Stir in the tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and water. Mix until combined.
Add the mixture to the Instant Pot, and stir to combine.
Add the spaghetti, and stir to combine. Pour the beef broth over the top, and stir to combine.
Secure the lid, and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, quick release the pressure, and open the lid.
Stir the spaghetti and meatballs, and serve.
