Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
- Add the green beans and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine the green beans, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Toss to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours.
