Ingredients
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
Directions
In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes or until the mixture is bubbly.
Add in oil, flour, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until it is smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.

Punch down dough and divide into 12 pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and place in greased muffin tins.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
