Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs

Directions
- Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and eggs and beat until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter.
- Place the cookies on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
