Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • Additional graham crackers for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 8 minutes and then allow to cool completely.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream until blended.
  6. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust.
  7. Spread the raspberry jam over the cream cheese layer. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with additional graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
