Ingredients
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- Additional graham crackers for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 8 minutes and then allow to cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until blended.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust.
- Spread the raspberry jam over the cream cheese layer. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
