Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slices bacon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine Gorgonzola cheese, parsley, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until ingredients are combined.
- Place chicken breasts on a cutting board. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, making sure not to cut through the other side. Stuff each pocket with the Gorgonzola cheese mixture.
- Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon.
- Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes, or until bacon is crisp and chicken is cooked through.
