Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh salmon, skinned and cubed
  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, shrimp, mayonnaise, parsley, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
