Ingredients

Directions

  4. Roll each ball into a thin log shape, about 1/2-inch thick.
  5. Cut each log into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  7. Drop the gnudi into the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they rise to the surface.
  8. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce.
