Ingredients

  • 1 cup of gluten-free flour
  • 3 tablespoons of cold butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons of dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of warm water

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, garlic powder, dill, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the warm water to the mixture and stir until it forms a dough.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into balls.
  7. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool.
