Ingredients
- 1 cup of gluten-free flour
- 3 tablespoons of cold butter

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 1/2 cup of warm water
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, garlic powder, dill, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add the warm water to the mixture and stir until it forms a dough.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into balls.
- Place the balls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
