Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, honey, peanut butter, chocolate chips, cranberries, and coconut flakes until well combined.
  2. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in.
  3. Spread the mixture out evenly and press down to compact.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Cut into bars and serve.
