Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, honey, peanut butter, chocolate chips, cranberries, and coconut flakes until well combined.
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in.
- Spread the mixture out evenly and press down to compact.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.
