Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef stew meat
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups mixed vegetables, frozen or fresh
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Place the beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
- Add the beef broth, onion, garlic, vegetables, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Serve hot.
