Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef stew meat
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups mixed vegetables, frozen or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place the beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the beef broth, onion, garlic, vegetables, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  5. Serve hot.
