Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup prepared stuffing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Spread stuffing over the meatloaf mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining meatloaf mixture and press down to seal the edges.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
