Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup prepared stuffing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Spread stuffing over the meatloaf mixture in the baking dish.
- Top with remaining meatloaf mixture and press down to seal the edges.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
