- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- ½ cup butter, softened

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and honey until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until just incorporated. Stir in the walnuts. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
