Ingredients
2 pounds Brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon sea salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise and place in a large bowl.
Add olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper and toss to combine.
Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and add orange juice, cilantro, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are tender.
Serve warm.
