Ingredients
- 1 can (6 oz.) of tuna packed in water, drained
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the tuna, anchovies, capers, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the sauce to a bowl and serve.
