Ingredients

  • 1 jicama, peeled and chopped into small cubes
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine jicama, mango, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
