Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped

Directions

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the black beans and kidney beans, and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
