Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Directions

  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, reserving a few for garnish.
  6. Pour the strawberry mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
  7. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with additional sliced strawberries.
  9. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
