Ingredients
4 plantains, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

In a blender or food processor, combine the yogurt, avocado, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Serve the fried plantains with the avocado dip.
