Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice (optional)

Directions

  1. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them into halves.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts and garlic to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and lightly browned.
  4. Stir in the crumbled bacon and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice, if desired, and serve.
