Ingredients

  • 1 pound bologna, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add bologna and cook until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
  3. Stir in onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together soups, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
  5. Place bologna mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour soup mixture over bologna and stir to combine.
  6. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
