- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.
