Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly-grated orange zest
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mango, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, orange juice, orange zest, and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  4. If desired, top with fresh mint.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
