Ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed orange juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly-grated orange zest
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint (optional)
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the mango, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, orange juice, orange zest, and cinnamon.
- Pour the honey mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
- If desired, top with fresh mint.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
