Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the butter, graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Mix until well blended. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in the 1 cup of sugar and the flour. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the vanilla and the caramel topping. Fold in the apples.
- Pour batter into the prepared crust. Bake for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set.
- Cool, and then chill in the refrigerator overnight.
