Directions
In a food processor, process the freekeh until it's broken up and resembles a coarse meal.
Add the rolled oats, almond flour, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, nut butter, honey, cinnamon, and sea salt, and process until everything is combined and a dough forms.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Top each ball with additional chocolate chips, if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until firm.
