Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Wash and dry kale leaves. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-size pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the kale, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Toss to coat the kale evenly.
- Place the kale in the air fryer basket in an even layer. Fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
