Ingredients

  • 1 lb of beef, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup of snow peas

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, cumin, and paprika. Mix until the beef is fully coated and set aside to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and heat until shimmering. Add the bell peppers, onions, and carrots and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until the beef is cooked through, about 7 minutes. Add the snow peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Serve the beef stir fry over cooked rice or noodles.
