Ingredients

  • 4 filet mignon steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine

Directions
