Ingredients
1 cup farro
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the farro and vegetables.
Toss to combine. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
