Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
Directions
- Set the electric pressure cooker to the sauté setting.
- Add olive oil, onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is softened.
- Add chicken, thyme, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and paprika and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine.
- Secure the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- When time is up, quick release the pressure and open the lid.
- Drop biscuit dough into the pressure cooker and stir to combine. Lock the lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
- When time is up, quick release the pressure and open the lid.
- Stir to combine and let sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Serve warm.
