Ingredients
- 3 red bell peppers
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
- Cut the red bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- Lay the pepper halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the peppers from the oven and let cool.
- Add the roasted peppers to a food processor along with the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve with toast, crackers, or as a dip for vegetables.
