Ingredients

  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
  2. Cut the red bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Lay the pepper halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the peppers from the oven and let cool.
  6. Add the roasted peppers to a food processor along with the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  7. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  9. Serve with toast, crackers, or as a dip for vegetables.
