Ingredients
3 red bell peppers
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
Cut the red bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
Lay the pepper halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the peppers from the oven and let cool.
Add the roasted peppers to a food processor along with the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Blend until the mixture is smooth.
