- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Add the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water. Add to the skillet and stir to combine. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. Add the chicken back to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce over cooked rice or vegetables.
