Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream

Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- When the ice cream is almost done churning, add the chopped peanut butter cups and mix until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
