Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter cups, chopped

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. When the ice cream is almost done churning, add the chopped peanut butter cups and mix until evenly distributed.
