Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture onto one side of an Oreo cookie. Top with another cookie, cream cheese side down, to make a sandwich.
- Dip the cookie sandwich into the melted butter, then roll in the chocolate chips.
- Place cookie sandwiches onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
