Ingredients

  • 1 lb of cod or other white fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 2 cups of potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup of frozen peas

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, and potatoes and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the white wine and cook for 3 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Add the fish and cook for 2 minutes. Add the peas, cream, parsley, dill, and pepper and cook for 2 minutes more.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake the fish pie in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
