Ingredients

  • 2 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups fresh crab meat, flaked
  • 4 cups fresh crawfish tails
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab, and crawfish.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, parsley, dill, garlic, onion, jalapeno, bell pepper, tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the seafood and toss to combine.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with additional cilantro, parsley, and dill, if desired.
