Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 ounces) tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado, or any desired toppings

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, dijon mustard, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  4. Place a patty on each hamburger bun and top with cheese (optional) and your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
