2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low and add the cheese and milk. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy, about 2 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve.
