Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

  4. Stir in the butter, salt, and pepper.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Fluff the rice and corn with a fork.
  7. Serve warm.
