- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
- Transfer the cooked ground beef, onion, and garlic mixture to the slow cooker.
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, diced green chilies, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker.
